Hello! My approach to massage is steady and intentional, focusing on relieving pain and areas of discomfort while supporting ongoing relief. Sessions are uniquely tailored to you—shaped by how you’re feeling that day, while supporting the longer-term goals we’re working toward together. My hope is that you leave feeling supported, grounded, and more at ease in your body.
I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2019, graduating from Avenue Five Institute in Austin, Texas. Prenatal massage is work I genuinely enjoy. I feel honored to care for each client throughout their pregnancy, guided by the mother’s changing needs. I’m also a Certified Infant Massage Teacher (CIMT) through the Liddle Kidz Foundation, which allows me to build on that work and support families as they bond with their babies.
